PEAK Level 1: Develop

In this learning track, we’ll focus on the fourth step in this process, Develop. In the Develop phase, teams align on plans needed to accomplish their specified goal or objective. They create discrete units of work to satisfy the needs presented in the goal or objective at hand, prioritize those units of work, and execute on the work.
