PEAK Level 1 Certification: Design

Welcome to the Design track of your Level 1 Certification for Product Management training!   Level 1 Certification covers the 5 key phases in the Product Management Life Cycle across six tracks of content: 5D Process Overview, Define, Discover, Design, Develop, and Deliver.   Completion of all six tracks in this Percipio series from OrangeMethod is a required step in completing your overall Level 1 Certification for Product Management at The Home Depot.   In this learning track, we’ll focus on the third step in this process, Design. Through solution ideation and refinement, leaders in Product, Business, UX, Engineering, and other disciplines work together to identify our best-possible solution, plan for its execution, and create a Go-to-Market strategy.
