PEAK Level 1 Certification: Develop

Welcome to the Develop track of your PEAK Level 1 Certification for Product Management training!PEAK Level 1 Certification covers the 5 key phases in the Product Management Life Cycle across six tracks of content: 5D Overview, Define, Discover, Design, Develop, and Deliver Completion of all six tracks in this Percipio series from OrangeMethod is a required step in completing your overall Level 1 Certification for Product Management at The Home Depot.   In this learning track, we’ll focus on the fourth step in this process, Develop. In the Develop phase, teams align on plans needed to accomplish their specified goal or objective. They create discrete units of work to satisfy the needs presented in the goal or objective at hand, prioritize those units of work, and execute on the work​.
