PEAK Level 1 Certification: Define

Welcome to the Define track of your PEAK Level 1 Certification for Product Management training! Level 1 Certification covers the 5 key phases in the Product Management Life Cycle across six tracks of content: 5D Process Overview, Define, Discover, Design, Develop, and Deliver. Completion of all six tracks in this Percipio series from OrangeMethod is a required step in completing your overall Level 1 Certification for Product Management at The Home Depot. In this learning track, we’ll focus on the first step in this process, Define. The Define phase creates the “north star” to guide teams as they design and implement valuable solutions for The Home Depot and its customers. Leaders in Product, Business, UX, Engineering, and other disciplines work collaboratively to create vision and strategy. As a Product Manager, you may be directly involved in creating the vision and strategy, or you may find yourself supporting how that vision is realized and how desired outcomes are achieved and measured.
