PEAK Level 1 Certification: Deliver

Welcome to the Deliver track of your Level 1 Certification for Product Management training! Level 1 Certification covers the 5 key phases in the Product Management Life Cycle across six tracks of content: 5D Process Overview, Define, Discover, Design, Develop, and Deliver. Completion of all six tracks in this Percipio series from OrangeMethod is a required step in completing your overall Level 1 Certification for Product Management at The Home Depot. In this learning track, we’ll focus on the fifth step in this process, Deliver. In the Deliver phase, teams establish and maintain feedback mechanisms for continuous learning, delivery, and deployment. The insights captured by that feedback is what closes the loop of continuous delivery and feeds into continuous discovery. This is where we get to see the value and impact of our work.
