PEAK Level 1: Discover

Welcome to the Discover track of your Level 1 Certification for Product Management training!   Level 1 Certification covers the 5 key phases in the Product Management Life Cycle across six tracks of content: 5D Process Overview, Define, Discover, Design, Develop, and Deliver.   Completion of all six tracks in this Percipio series from OrangeMethod is a required step in completing your overall Level 1 Certification for Product Management at The Home Depot.   In this learning track, we’ll focus on the second step in this process, Discover. With a defined vision and strategy for the future, Product Managers turn their attention to developing a deep understanding of customer problems, pain points, needs, and opportunities to realize a vision.
